Sustainability Transformation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Transformation Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and drive positive change in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Framework across our development project pipeline.
  • Provide guidance and support for ESG initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment across projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and close out ESG actions that impact projects.
  • Develop and maintain processes for ESG Framework implementation, including documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage the action register, prioritizing a wide range of actions to ensure effective delivery.
  • Engage with external consultants when necessary, and partner with industry leaders to stay informed about best practices and relevant case studies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in large-scale renewable generation projects, from concept to investment decision.
  • Project management skills, with expertise in stakeholder engagement and process mapping.
  • Advanced understanding of ESG practices and operationalising ESG initiatives.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Able to drive successful outcomes through effective change management practices.
