The Maker is focused on providing excellence in quality and service.
This vacancy is based within our Cabinet Factory, with an occasional requirement to assist install on site.We are seeking a skilled and detail-orientedCabinet Makerto join our team, specializing in high-end custom cabinetry.
This role involves crafting bespoke pieces for luxury residential projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cabinetry, a passion for craftsmanship, and the ability to interpret and execute complex design specifications.The roleWorking from detailed cabinet layout drawings, assemble and layout complex cabinetry including curved surfaces and laminate.
Modify and tailor cabinetry if required to suit appliances.
Resolve any issues through liaison with the drafting department.
Ensure all jobs are high quality and install ready within the required time frames.The successful candidate willWork safely and in compliance with the health and safety standardsHave excellent communication skillsBe able to evidence previous practical experience in a similar roleHold a trade qualification in Cabinet Making, or a similar fieldRead and understand cabinet drawings and plansHave advanced knowledge and skill in cabinet making and installingHave good knowledge of current cabinet hardware and materialsBe a team player with the initiative to work unsupervisedBe trusted to deliver a quality job on time and in fullBe professional in everything that they do.Hold a full and current Drivers LicenceThis is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking business with future opportunities for career progression.
