Student Support Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored support plans to help students at risk of disengagement from education.

You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including young people, parents/carers, and educators, to provide intensive case management and transition supports.

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify individualised needs and develop strategies to address these requirements.
  • Establish and maintain effective partnerships with young people, parents/carers, and educators to deliver tailored support and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Analyse data and information to inform case-management decisions and contribute to the development of integrated support plans.
  • Deliver best-practice support and guidance to improve educational outcomes and strengthen engagement with schools.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven ability to establish and sustain effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
