About the Role

The successful candidate will provide guidance on HR procedures and practices, including Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, and develop quality HR reports and documentation. They will also ensure HR activities align with policy and guidelines, support business objectives, and maintain positive relationships with work colleagues, senior management, internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice on HR procedures and practices, including Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
  • Develop and maintain quality HR reports and documentation.
  • Ensure HR activities align with policy and guidelines and support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with work colleagues, senior management, internal and external clients.
  • Process requests to hire/advertise and process and finalise selection processes for advertised and non-advertised positions.

The ideal candidate will have experience using HR Information Systems, data entry skills, and previous recruitment and project support experience, ideally in a public sector environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience using Aurion Employee Self Service, Aurion Fusion, and Springboard.
  • Data entry and/or high-volume processing experience in a variety of systems.
  • Previous recruitment and project support experience, ideally in a public sector environment.
