We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst Intern to join our team. As an IT Business Analyst Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of AGILE projects within our organization.

In this BA Internship role, you will gain valuable experience working on key client IT infrastructure and web application projects. You will produce analysis and design documentation, communicate closely with business and technical teams, and utilize your understanding of complex IT systems and how they work together.

This internship is suited to recent IT graduates or final year Bachelor or Master degree IT students who have a deep interest in how IT and Business intersects.

  • You will gain vital experience in activities such as requirements gathering and analysis, wireframing, business process mapping, UI and UX design, User Acceptance Testing, IT Project Management and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Producing high-quality analysis and design documentation such as detailed requirements, business process maps, user stories, and user interface specifications.

  • Streamlining business processes to increase efficiencies between systems, migrations and end-user experience.

  • MAPPING CURRENT AND FUTURE BUSINESS PROCESSES.

  • Consulting internal and external stakeholders to deliver highly complex technology integration projects as a Business Analyst Intern.

What You Will Learn:

  • Creating high-quality requirements artefacts for IT systems including websites and mobile applications.

  • Analysing and organising information to reconcile conflicts and identify business needs.

  • AGILE project delivery methodology.

  • Collaboration with development and testing teams.

  • Manual and Automation testing.

  • UI & UX design principles and wireframing.

  • Designing and developing business process mapping.
