Bottle Shop Sales Associate

The Opportunity

We seek a detail-oriented Bottle Shop sales associate to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service and promoting a premium shopping experience
  • Managing inventory and stock control systems
  • Enhancing product presentation and merchandising, including tastings and other initiatives
  • Ensuring seamless opening and closing procedures

You will deliver exceptional customer service by:

  • Offering expert knowledge on market trends and product offerings
  • Engaging customers in a professional manner
  • Assisting with point-of-sale transactions and operating a cash handling system
About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with:

  • Current RSA certification
  • Prior experience in retail, preferably in a bottle shop environment
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a desire to learn about wine and craft beer
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a charismatic personality
