We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Wine and Spirits Professional.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about wine, beer, and spirits, with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on delivering great customer experiences.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and exceptional service.

As part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in the liquor industry, working with a range of products and learning from experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, including product ranges and promotions.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and meet sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to carry out moderate to heavy lifting up to 17kg.
