Caregiver Support Professional

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver Support Professional to join our Home Care team at Georges Estate Health and Aged Care Community on a permanent part-time basis. This role involves working closely with clients to improve their quality of life by assisting with day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks.
- Develop meaningful connections with clients and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support and services.
- Certification in Individual Support (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
- A valid Driver's License is necessary for travel between locations.
- Evidence of up-to-date Influenza vaccination is mandatory.
- Full working rights in Australia are essential.
