Production Associate

Our company is seeking a highly motivated Production Associate to contribute to the production of concrete sleepers.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, preparing moulds for concrete pouring, performing manual tasks and assisting in quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare moulds for concrete pouring by cleaning, scraping and applying lubricants using machines for assistance.
  • Perform manual tasks such as installing shoulders, making concrete cylinders/slabs, installing fittings on sleepers, and sweeping/shovelling.
  • Assist in quality assurance and control processes.
  • Contribute to the production process as part of a team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A reasonable level of physical fitness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Forklift license is desired but not required.
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures.
