Job Opportunity
A challenging role has emerged for a skilled APY Projects Coordinator to collaborate with our Home Care team in the implementation of our Client Management System.
Role Responsibilities:
- Implementation Experience: Previous experience in developing and implementing Client Management Systems is essential.
- Coordination Skills: Experience in coordinating, testing, issue resolution, and training of clinical systems is required.
- Home Care Background: Background in Home Care and familiarity with standards and legislative requirements is necessary.
- Remote Travel: Ability to regularly travel to remote areas of APY lands, via 4WD and light aircrafts.
- Night Stays: Regular overnight stays in remote communities of Australia are also required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Client Management Systems: Previous experience in using or implementing Client Management Systems, preferably related to community aged care.
- Staff Scheduling: Demonstrated experience in remotely scheduling staff and services within aged care programs across extensive regional areas.
- Relationship Building: Strong relationships building and maintenance skills with stakeholders to support collaboration and achieve positive outcomes.
- Time Management: Time management skills with initiative, self-motivation, ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
- System Evaluation: Client management system evaluation experience with assessment of capacity for continuous improvement and reporting on short, medium- and long-term outcomes.
- Adaptability: Adaptability to competing priorities while working unsupervised.
- Mentorship: Pro-active attitude with ability to support, guide and mentor others in the workforce.
- Empathy: Empathy with Aged People, their families, and Personal Carers.
