Salary Information

We offer a highly competitive salary package, including a base salary of AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will be eligible for a bonus opportunity program, providing the chance to earn up to 10% of your annual salary.

Job Description

The Service Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our childcare services. As a dynamic leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of educators, overseeing day-to-day operations, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality early learning experiences
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Education and Care Services National Law
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate, including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
