**Senior Leader Engagement Officer Role**

The key objective of this role is to plan and execute Senior Leader Engagement activities for CJOPS/DCJOPS.

This involves:

  • Strategic Dialogue with senior leaders.
  • Staff Talks.
  • Counterpart Visits.
  • Bilateral and trilateral activities.

Secondary duties include:

  • Contributing to the development of the International Engagement Strategy.
  • Operational Assessment process.
  • Developing and managing budgets for International Engagement activities.

This position requires a highly personable individual with strong communication skills, organisational abilities and high initiative. The job demands flexibility and adaptability in an ever-changing environment.

**Our Team**

The J58 team delivers International Engagement to support Theatre Campaign Plans through strategic guidance, implementation of Theatre Engagement and Influence Plans, and open work environments at HQJOC.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in International Engagement.
  • Event/conference management experience.
  • Skilled in multiple IT platforms such as SharePoint, web page design and MS Office.
  • Understanding of the strategic narrative and ability to develop Theatre Engagement and Influence Plans.
