Job Title: Senior Stakeholder Engagement and Government Relations Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced leader to provide strategic coordination and advisory services for external relationships within our Stakeholder Engagement and Government Relations team.

  • Strategic Advisory Services: Offer expert advice to senior executives on stakeholder engagement and government relations initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders, including Ministers, government officials, market bodies, and industry advocates.
  • Engagement Strategies: Design and implement tailored engagement plans, providing expert guidance on engagement activities and outcomes.
  • Agile Leadership: Work in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing competing priorities and multiple tasks to drive results.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Experience:

  • Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and government relations within a Federal or State Government context.
  • Providing strategic advice and managing government relations initiatives for senior leaders, driving business growth and development.
  • Developing and coordinating time-sensitive briefings and key communications, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Building and maintaining strong executive-level relationships with diverse stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Working effectively in a high-pressure environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
