As an Employment Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in empowering others by increasing their readiness to work and securing sustainable employment or training opportunities.

You will be at the forefront of this effort, working collaboratively with your team to provide strong relationships with job seekers through regular interactions, creating and maintaining tailored Job Plans for each individual, identifying job seekers' barriers, goals, and career preferences through assessments, providing 1:1 coaching and support, connecting job seekers with external specialists to overcome barriers, and collaborating with employers to support job seekers during the hiring and onboarding process.
