We work with people to identify their goals and aspirations, build skills and job-readiness, and support them through interviews and into employment. Job Description
- This is an on-site position.

A typical day at atWork Australia may include:
- Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find employment;
- Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities;
- Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes;
- Recording, documenting, and ensuring all activity complies with requirements; and
- Providing exceptional service to clients, employers, and partners at every stage.
Qualifications
Attributes and Experience:
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
- Experience working with people overcoming challenges (preferred);
- Confidence liaising with external and internal stakeholders;
- Ability to work towards KPIs and make placements resulting in sustainable employment;
- A desire to be part of the atWork Australia family, with a belief in our purpose: connecting people and businesses so both can thrive;
- Hold a current Driver's Licence.
Note: No prior employment services experience is necessary.
