Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned construction professional to lead the delivery of our social and supported housing projects. As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects, from site preparation to handover.

Our ideal candidate is a motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in construction management. They will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and direct teams effectively, and possess a deep understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage site delivery of multi-dwelling and SDA housing projects
  • Lead construction in line with program requirements and safety standards
  • Coordinate trades, site teams, and project timelines
  • Oversee site safety, cleanliness, inductions, and inspections
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 5-10+ years' experience delivering custom builds or multi-unit housing
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Solid knowledge of building codes, Australian Standards, and OH&S
  • Cert IV in Construction Management or trade background
  • White Card, current driver's licence, First Aid & CPR
  • Strong Microsoft Project and documentation skills
