At Nightingale Home Care, we are looking for Casual Support Workers to provide in-home support to individuals. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives and work in a dynamic environment.

To excel in this role, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities. Our program includes:

- Online induction: An informative introduction to our policies and procedures.
- Shadow shifts: Hands-on experience by working alongside experienced staff to gain practical insights.
- In-house competencies: Specialized training in areas such as Medication Management, PEG Management, and Manual Handling, tailored to our specific practices and standards.

As a Casual Support Worker, you will be expected to possess certain qualifications and meet specific criteria listed in the job description.

Some of the key requirements include a driver's license, first aid and CPR certification, a working with children check, an NDIS worker screening check, and a national police certificate.

Additionally, you will need to have authorization to work in Australia and be based in Geelong, VIC. We operate primarily in-person, providing care and support to our clients in their homes.

The compensation package includes hourly rates ranging from $33.00 to $42.00 per hour. Shift work is expected, and supplementary pay includes penalty rates.
