Servicing Residences

We foster an environment that encourages independence for our residents.
As a team member, you'll create a welcoming space where residents and families can socialize over hot or cold beverages or snacks.
This involves:
- Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages
- Servicing snacks including hot and cold sandwiches, cakes, muffins etc.
- Cleaning kitchen and service areas
- Cleaning dining area around the coffee shop
- Assisting in / providing back-up support in dining room service when required
We hire based on attitude and aptitude. Experience in aged care is not necessary.
While formal qualifications like a Cert II in hospitality are highly regarded, it's more important to have a friendly disposition, a willingness to help others, and demonstrated experience in customer service or hospitality environments.
You'll also need:
- A proactive and measured approach to identifying and preventing safety hazards
- A safety-first approach to daily tasks and supporting colleagues at all times
- A commitment to attend safety-specific training and upskilling sessions
- A willingness to suggest safety ideas that improve awareness and hazard reduction
