About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Senior Specialist to join our team at ISN. As a key member of our Health and Safety Review and Verification (RAVS) Team, you will play a critical role in providing occupational safety-related support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance health and safety review protocols to ensure compliance with legislated and industry practice requirements
  • Support ISNetworld contractor/supplier clients, conducting on-site reviews and providing guidance on HSEQ documentation and processes
  • Review contractor HSEQ documentation and processes, identifying compliance gaps and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Perform desktop audits of health and safety programs and/or other HSE documentation
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of review protocols and initiatives
  • Collaborate with Business Development teammates to provide HSEQ expertise during sales meetings
  • Research, develop, and author resources and reference documents for customers and prospects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, participating in industry monitoring and HSE professional organizations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field from an accredited university
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HSEQ role
  • Recognized safety certification or equivalent preferred
