Lead HSEQ Advisor and Systems Specialist

Job Summary:

Constructability Recruitment is seeking a skilled HSEQ Lead and Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for executing third-party accreditation and OFCS systems, as well as site-based HSE across civil construction projects up to $100m in value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSEQ systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct site-based HSE audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure effective implementation of HSEQ systems
  • Provide training and support to employees on HSEQ policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSEQ roles, preferably in the civil construction industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HSEQ systems and processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
