About the Role

We are seeking an experienced primary education professional to join our team at the Kip McGrath Education Centre in Bossley Park. As a primary tutor, you will be responsible for teaching students using the Kip McGrath methodology, tutoring students in a positive and caring manner, and using our state-of-the-art software to plan and conduct face-to-face lessons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach students using the Kip McGrath methodology
  • Tutor students in a positive and caring manner to promote self-esteem and self-worth
  • Use our state-of-the-art software to plan and conduct face-to-face lessons
  • Be available to commit to every class you are scheduled to teach
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with students and parents
  • Keep an accurate record online of students' progress and goals
  • Provide verbal and written feedback to parents

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a teaching degree or be in the final year of your degree, a current Working with Children Check, and a friendly, professional, and personable manner. You will also need to demonstrate a positive and vibrant personality, confidence using software and computers, and a genuine love for learning and teaching.
