Laminex Australia is seeking a growth-focused and commercially astute Specification Manager to join our team in the Sydney Metro region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for the sale and support of our products to a designated group of Residential Builders. Your primary objective will be to achieve specification sales and new account development objectives, while building strong relationships with our partners and delivering on revenue, margin, and new customer acquisition and growth targets. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in architectural firms or interior design processes, and possess excellent communication and sales skills. You will be a team player with a passion for the industry and a hunger for career development. Key responsibilities will include leading by example to promote our Environmental, Health and Safety culture, managing existing customer relationships while developing new sales opportunities, and maximizing coverage for call ratios and effective time management. You will also be responsible for working alongside internal stakeholders to ensure the optimum level of service is provided to clients, and delivering on revenue, margin, and new customer acquisition and growth targets through the specification of our products across the residential sector. Additionally, you will provide Laminex product and brand expertise and education, and the ability to adapt our offering to the differing needs and drivers of individual stakeholder businesses.
