Responsibilities:

* Perform Root Cause Analysis on critical failures of plant and ensure action items are implemented and sustained
* Actively support the implementation of capital projects
* Demonstrate genuine safety-first leadership, leading by example
* Ensure reliability and maintainability of all equipment is at or above target levels
* Plan and manage all maintenance work effectively with production, ensuring minimal disruption and downtime as possible
* Conduct root cause analysis and investigations of safety incidents, environmental incidents, and breakdowns
* Periodically review all parts holdings on site to ensure they are up to date and stock records are accurate
* Assess critical assets on an ongoing basis and implement defined actions to mitigate or minimize business risk
* Planning and executing shutdowns

Requirements:

* 5-10 years in a similar position in the manufacturing sector
* Good communication skills (from shop floor to leadership team)
* Demonstrated ability in managing a preventative maintenance schedule
* Proven ability to problem solve for emergency maintenance and repair

Qualifications:

* Trade qualified fitter C10 or higher
