**New Home Sales Career Starter**

  • We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team in Geelong.

In this entry-level role, you will have the opportunity to start your sales career with full training and ongoing support. You will work alongside a high-performing New Home Sales Consultant in a busy display home environment, engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and qualifying opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong people skills, a results-driven mindset, and a willingness to learn a new industry. Previous sales or customer service experience is desirable, but not essential. If you are tech-savvy with an eye for detail and available to work weekends, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with a high-performing New Home Sales Consultant in a busy display home environment
  • Engage with clients, understand their needs, and qualify opportunities
  • Coordinate appointments, manage leads, and maintain CRM records
  • Collaborate with internal teams including drafting, estimating, and construction
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional events
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong people skills with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Results-driven mindset and willingness to learn a new industry
  • Sales or customer service background (any industry)
  • Tech-savvy with an eye for detail
  • Weekend availability
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle
