About the Role

We're seeking a Home Care Support Worker to help our customers maintain their independence and quality of life while remaining in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Care Support Worker, you'll assist with domestic duties, personal care, and social activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
  • Provide personal care and wound care
  • Support customers to continue living well and positively
  • Engage in social activities such as transportation to appointments, shopping, and social outings

Requirements

  • Current Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured car
  • Relevant Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Resilience and ability to work independently
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends
