Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across various sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking timely, targeted, and risk-based inspections, complaints, investigations, desktop reviews, and other activities to identify and address non-compliance. You will also provide timely, accurate information and general guidance to stakeholders, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake timely, targeted, and risk-based inspections, complaints, investigations, desktop reviews, and other activities
  • Provide timely, accurate information and general guidance to stakeholders
  • Prepare and/or contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports, correspondence, briefings, and submissions
  • Maintain accurate and timely records and systems necessary to support the effective operation and reporting of relevant activities
  • Contribute to and support projects and initiatives associated with the development, implementation, and continual improvement of a strategic, risk-based approach to compliance programs

Essential Requirements:

  • Willingness and availability to meet shift-work requirements
  • A current NSW driver's license
