Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and delivery of training initiatives in the rollout of a Single Digital Patient Record across our facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing an approach to enable effective and flexible delivery of training to end users with differing levels of digital literacy. They will also ensure eLearning modules, video and other online mediums are in alignment with our policies and guidelines, as well as manage the training delivery schedule and logistics planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in adult learning and practical experience in working within technical training environments.
  • Qualifications in TAE Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated excellent organizational skills and experience working in high-volume, demanding professional environments with a capacity to prioritize, multi-task, and achieve business goals.
  • Demonstrated excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, and extensive experience engaging, consulting, collaborating with key stakeholders to gain support and input for optimal outcomes.
  • Demonstrated high-level computer skills, including experience in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
