About the Role:


We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to provide strategic financial analysis and support for our Fulfillment Network operations in Australia. As a key member of our finance team, you will work closely with leaders and stakeholders to drive financial decision making, budgeting, and performance optimization across our growing network.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Analyze financial data and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within individual fulfillment centers as well as across the broader network
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, headcount planning, and capital expenditure decisions
  • Collaborate with FC Controllers and Operations leaders to provide insightful financial reporting, variance analysis, and recommendations
  • Support network-level strategic planning by assessing financial implications of network design, capacity changes, and other operational initiatives
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to evaluate the financial impact of new processes, technologies, or business models for fulfillment center operations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting, visibility, and decision support capabilities

A Day in the Life:


In this role, you'll play a core role in driving financial optimization and strategic decision-making across our Australian fulfillment network. You'll analyze performance metrics, track operational data, and build detailed financial models to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity within our Australian fulfillment centers.


You'll also provide critical financial insights to help our business leaders understand the implications of different scenarios and initiatives. Your analytical expertise and recommendations will be vital for our Australian stakeholders as they make strategic decisions to support the growth of our fulfillment network.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
  • Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
  • Experience working with stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence

Estimated Salary:$130,000 - $170,000 per annum
