We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead the development and implementation of wellbeing programs across multiple villages in NSW Mid North Coast. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Village Managers, Wellbeing Coordinators, Home Care providers, and local community organisations to design initiatives that make a positive impact on residents' lives.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled wellbeing professional to shape the future of our organisation. You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with village teams to deliver inclusive wellbeing programs that cater to the diverse needs of our residents.
  • Designing and implementing initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer engagement.
  • Serving as a trusted point of escalation for resident wellbeing concerns.
  • BUILDING STRENGTHENED PARTNERSHIPS WITH HOME CARE PROVIDERS AND SPECIALIST WELLBEING SERVICES.
  • Driving consistency region-wide, celebrating success, and sharing best practice.

About You

We are looking for a natural connector who is passionate about community wellbeing. You should have a background in retirement living, health, community services, or wellbeing, and be able to bring warmth, empathy, and professional judgement to complex situations. You will need access to your own transport and support local travel between villages.
