Create thriving communities.The roleAs Resident Wellbeing Manager, you'll be at the heart of shaping wellbeing across multiple villages.
Working in partnership with Village Managers, Wellbeing Coordinators, Home Care providers, and local community organisations, you'll design and champion initiatives that make a tangible difference to residents' lives.In This Role, You WillSupport village teams to deliver vibrant, inclusive wellbeing programs.Lead key initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer engagement.Act as a trusted point of escalation for resident wellbeing concerns.Build and strengthen partnerships with Home Care providers and specialist wellbeing services.Drive consistency across your region, while celebrating success and sharing best practice.Why this role mattersThis is a rare opportunity to shape wellbeing across multiple villages in the NSW Mid North Coast – blending strategy with hands-on impact.

You know how to make residents feel safe, valued, and supported, and you can balance big-picture strategy with on-the-ground action.Your background may be in retirement living, health, community services, or wellbeing.
What matters most is your ability to bring warmth, empathy, and professional judgement to complex situations.
