Job Title: Senior Commercial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Strategist to lead our Omni Panel business in Australia. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Take ownership of achieving our Operating Plan (OP) targets for Australia Omni Panel Shopping, ensuring accurate forecasting and coordination with the AD Team.
  • Commercial Strategy & Go to Market: Lead the development, refinement, and execution of the commercial strategy for the Omni Shopper Panel in Australia, including developing and implementing sales plans and client acquisition strategies.
  • Product & Service Development: Define and refine the positioning of the Omni Shopper Panel in the market, ensuring clear articulation of its benefits and value proposition, and championing the product to internal and external clients.
Requirements:
  • Relevant client or agency experience with required skills in commercial leadership, sales expertise, client management, strong communication skills, analytical skills, leadership and influence, and experience working in matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to deliver ambitious results, establish credibility with peers and senior leadership, and demonstrate a mindset focused on continual improvement.
