Job Summary

The Process Engineer role is a critical position in the development of our factories to World Class standards, focusing on zero defects, zero waste, and zero losses. This role applies a range of Focused and Quality Improvement methods and tools to address losses in areas such as Safety, Quality, Cost Deployment, Customer Service, and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply Focused and Quality Improvement methods and tools to identify root causes and define countermeasures.
  • Work with line crews to implement process improvements and validate their effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain technical standards to ensure process stability on the line.
  • Train line crews on technical standards and restoration of basic conditions.
  • Identify and extend good practices to other lines.
  • Apply and accuracy of Managing Manufacturing Performance (MMP) Code data.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably with process improvements.
  • Understanding of statistics and process control tools, practices, and principles.
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
