Transaction Services Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Sydney Deal Advisory team. As a key member of the team, you will work across various service lines locally, nationally, and globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in delivering Transaction Services engagements with high-quality financial analysis and reporting
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and boards
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and identify negotiation factors for purchase price and deal structuring
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships and contribute to business development activities
Requirements
  • Relevant work experience in Transaction Services from another leading accounting or advisory firm or investment bank
  • Solid analytical, report writing, and research skills
  • CA and/or CFA qualifications or similar, and a degree with an outstanding academic record from a reputable university or business school

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
