Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Veggie Department Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality produce is available to our customers.

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the veggie department, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising of produce. You will also be responsible for managing staff, including hiring, training, and developing their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and ensure accurate labeling and pricing of products.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Staff Development: Train and develop staff members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Department Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
