Job Description

As a Retail Department Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading retailer in Australia.

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a retail department, ensuring that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is high.

You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance expectations.

In addition, you will be involved in stock management, merchandising and visual displays, as well as implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar retail environment
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • First Aid certified, or willing to be trained at our expense
