Senior Marketing Lead for Neuroscience

We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking marketing professional to join our team. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to accelerate access to treatments for patients in the neuroscience sector.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy, preparing content for Integrated Brand Teams, and leading tactical plans to ensure brand growth. Additionally, they will oversee promotional activities, cost effectiveness, and compliance with internal SOPs and our code of conduct.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies in alignment with local management and global marketing departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare content for Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Monitor product performance, market conditions, and competitor insights, taking corrective action to meet objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Medical teams to ensure alignment on customer engagement and patient-centric solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in project/operations management, with cross-cultural expertise.
  • Strategic thinking, agility, and commercial excellence in product marketing and lifecycle management within the healthcare sector.
  • Digital marketing capabilities and an understanding of priority disease areas.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
