About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team at Lockheed Martin Australia. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the BronzeWing development team and maintaining the BronzeWing roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the BronzeWing development team to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Develop and maintain the BronzeWing roadmap to ensure alignment with Lockheed Martin's business objectives
  • Co-chair the BronzeWing Product Control Board to ensure timely execution of activities and manage priorities
  • Work collaboratively with international development teams to further develop the BronzeWing baseline
  • Support the development team in establishing new BronzeWing instances to pursue Lockheed Martin business development
  • Liaise with current Lockheed Martin programs utilizing the BronzeWing framework to ensure capabilities are disseminated throughout existing products
  • Oversee the resolution of problems identified during software development, integration, and testing
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Extensive knowledge of software engineering processes, procedures, and the overall engineering product lifecycle
  • Advanced experience leading and/or managing multiple small teams to successful system outcomes
  • Excellent ability to apply experiential judgment and lateral approaches to complex problem-solving
  • Desirable experience with commercialization, frontend frameworks, user interface design systems, and rapid prototyping
