**Job Title:** Head of Professional Practice (Clinical)
**Job Summary:
- Provide strategic leadership to professional practice in the ANU medical program.
- Develop and monitor comprehensive training programs as part of curriculum review.
The ANU College of Health and Medicine is seeking a senior professional to chair the Professional Behaviours Committee and lead initiatives related to the training and assessment of professional practice within the school. The successful candidate will have experience in leading teams and developing curricula, as well as a strong understanding of professional practice in health education.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Chair the Professional Behaviours Committee to oversee the development and implementation of professional practice standards.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve the training and assessment of professional practice within the school.
- Collaborate with academic staff and students to develop high-quality educational programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of professional practice training and make recommendations for improvement.
**Selection Criteria:
- A Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in leading teams and developing curricula.
- Strong understanding of professional practice in health education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
