Role Description:

We are seeking a high-calibre professional to fill the position of EL1 Assistant Director Clinical Advice and Design.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will exercise a considerable degree of independence to engage in complex problem-solving and issues management within their designated area.
  • They will be responsible for planning and conducting workshops and events with key stakeholders, including participants, service providers, and professional bodies.
  • Using co-design methods, they will support the development of clinical and non-clinical assessments and health surveys.
  • They will develop and implement stakeholder communication plans to support codesign and engagement activities.
  • Additionally, they will provide evidence-informed advice for developing and reviewing policy and guidance for access and planning pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Planning and conducting workshops and events with key stakeholders
  2. Developing and implementing stakeholder communication plans
  3. Providing evidence-informed advice for developing and reviewing policy and guidance

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship is required
  • National Criminal History Records Check and completion of the Agency's screening checks

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in the development or administration of clinical assessments
  • Qualitative research experience, including with people who have disability
  • Health professional qualification

About You:

You will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Your ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and advisory panels will be essential in this role.
