Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing personalized support and assistance.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing person-centred plans to achieve customer goals
  • Assisting customers with daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, health and hygiene, and medication administration
  • Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed
  • Completing administration duties and mandatory daily reports

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
  • A passion for providing service and assistance to others
  • Previous experience or willingness to train in manual handling and medication administration
  • Availability to work one of the included roster patterns
