Job Title: Physiotherapist - Team Leader (Level 4)

This is a permanent full-time position within our Physiotherapy team. As the Level 4 Physiotherapist – Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to our patients. You will maintain a clinical caseload, oversee the acute and inpatient clinical wards of the hospital, and provide support to the Physiotherapy service operating in ED and outpatients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the Physiotherapy team
  • Develop and implement physiotherapy services to meet the needs of our patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
  • Supervise and mentor junior Physiotherapy staff and students
Requirements:
  • Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum 5 years' clinical experience working in an acute care hospital
  • Extensive experience working across a variety of acute, inpatient Physiotherapy areas
  • Excellent clinical skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
