This leadership role will oversee the delivery of the Allied Health service across our Southern Adelaide sites, extending from Seaford to Glengowrie.

As one of two regional Allied Health Team Leaders, you will have line management responsibilities for a team of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, and you will offer profession-specific support across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing service development plans
  • Monitoring service outputs and impact
  • Working closely with other senior leaders within the business
  • Maintaining hands-on clinical skills by providing back-filling to planned and unplanned staff leave as required

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering person-centred care
  • Full SA driver's license
