The ideal candidate will be a seasoned cross-functional collaborator with a knack for juggling multiple initiatives at once. You'll work closely with product and marketing leaders to drive high-impact go-to-market strategies and execute on them.

About the Role:

  • You'll lead the development of personas, conduct ad-hoc research, and work with internal data teams to deepen our understanding of customer needs.
  • Work with customers, product leaders, and designers to identify pain points and develop solutions that balance competing objectives.
  • Liaise with competitors and markets to stay ahead of trends and translate insights into action plans.
  • Drive a culture of continuous testing and optimisation, developing a repository of learnings that all PMMs contribute to regularly.

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Showcase your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions.
  • Prove your expertise in market analysis, competitor intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Highlight your experience in team leadership, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing product marketing team members.
