Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to promote our portfolio of fishing products and accessories.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and create tailored solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks between office, field, and remote workspaces, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Travel interstate and overseas for career development and to expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to launch new product lines and maximize their potential.
  • Support internal stakeholders by providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop customer-specific campaigns to increase market share and profitability.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in product or brand management.
  • A data-driven approach with strong MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in product/brand management in the fishing industry or similar.
  • Passion for fishing or outdoor activities and adventure.
