Job Title: M365 Consultant

About this Opportunity:

  • We are seeking a skilled and versatile M365 Consultant to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of M365 technologies and associated workloads and services.

This role involves working closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map customer business requirements to technical solutions.
  • Provide input and consultation into scoping and architecture phase of Digital Workplace projects.
  • Create and implement system designs based on in-depth knowledge of M365 technologies and associated workloads and services.
  • Develop detailed technical designs and execute against project plans as well as scope of works.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the IT industry, particularly in cloud and mobility.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and manage risks and issues.
  • Interact with the customer IT teams to deliver the project.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of M365 technologies and associated workloads and services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a similar role or industry.
