About the Role:
We are seeking an Administrative Arranger to support our funeral services team. As an integral member, you will provide administrative support, act as the first point of contact for clients, and maintain a welcoming reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and families.
- Manage funeral documentation, accounts, and correspondence.
- Assist with data entry, preparing letters, and presentations.
- Liaise with service providers, such as clergy, florists, and newspapers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
Requirements:
- Experience in a service-driven organization.
- Competent keyboard and computing skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and families.
- Interpersonal skills to work in a close team environment.
- Willingness to undertake training and development programs.
