Optimize Warehouse Operations and Logistics Processes

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Inventory Manager to join our dynamic supply chain team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our warehouse operations, managing logistics processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration with our 3PL partners.

About the Role:
  • Oversight of inventory accuracy, storage capacity planning, and returns management
  • Collaborative forecasting with account teams and market demand planners
  • Quality control for delivery holds, scrapping activities, rework, and other exceptions
  • Outbound unhappy flow and exception management (e.g., rush shipments, complaints)
  • Monitoring inbound shipments and assisting with documentation as needed
  • Performance management with the warehouse provider for KPIs in their contract and Philips' KPIs
  • Support for transformation projects, such as introducing new flows and automation
  • Returns process management
  • Inventory accuracy management between 3PL WMS and Philips SAP system
  • Stock movement transactions as required
  • Daily oversight of 3PL operations and governance
  • Quarterly audit and stock take coordination for Philips warehouse
  • Assistance in setting up operations with new 3PL providers
  • Warehouse performance, logistics, and reverse logistics issue resolution
  • Proactive distribution cost management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics or equivalent field
  • 3-5 years of experience in warehousing and distribution processes, preferably in medical devices industries
  • Good knowledge of SAP software (SAP SBO/PRD)
  • Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency
  • Good knowledge of Power BI dashboards (preferred)
  • Able to work from our Hoxton Park warehouse location once per week, on average
  • Prioritization and multitasking skills in fast-paced operational environments
  • Continuous improvement mindset with focus on efficiency
  • Experience in change management and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Solutions-focused, creative, innovative individual with high organizational and planning skills
  • Critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
  • Results-oriented and highly analytical individual
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Bring unique expertise or skills to the team that complement existing capabilities
