  • Subcontractor Management: Coordinate deliveries and subcontractor performance, managing material and equipment schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Culture Development: Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication among clients, sub-contractors, colleagues, and management.
  • Training and Development: Mentor Foremen and Project Engineers, enhancing skills and knowledge to drive personal and company growth.
