About The Role:

As a Mechanical Technician, you will play a crucial role in their fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Proactively identifying and coordinating preventative maintenance across the site.
Prioritising breakdowns on site while adhering to health and safety protocols.
Executing planned maintenance tasks.
Documenting detailed accounts of all work performed on the system.
Investigating and fault-finding plant or equipment issues.

About You:

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

A Mechanical Fitter Trade qualification or equivalent.
Solid knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Experience in repairing, modifying, and enhancing machinery.
Strong fault-finding and RCA skills.
Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams and machinery manuals.
Qualification and skills in welding, turning, and sheet metal fabrication.
Flexibility to work a twelve-hour shift schedule: Wednesday to Saturday, 8 pm - 6 am, and Thursday to Saturday, 6 pm - 6 am.
Knowledge of basic electrical systems and components is advantageous.
