Animal Feed Production Specialist

Our Animal Health and Nutrition team plays a crucial role in enhancing livestock health, productivity, and farm efficiency. We provide science-backed feed formulations and expert support to help farmers optimise their operations while maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare and sustainability.

As an Animal Feed Production Specialist, you will be actively involved in the production process at our animal nutrition site in South Lismore on a full-time basis.

No experience is required as we provide full training to get you up to speed. If you have manufacturing, feed mill, or labouring experience, that's a bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Mixing and processing animal feed according to production recipes.
  • Operating manufacturing equipment and ensuring quality standards.
  • Manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving feed materials.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborating with a small, supportive team to meet the needs of our farmers and customers.

Requirements:

  • A genuine team player with a positive attitude and solution-focused approach.
  • Physically fit and able to complete manual handling tasks.
  • Safety-conscious with good attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills for production tracking.
  • Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts when needed.
